Connector enquiries need a clear view of the interfaces. Use the printed reference when available, and keep the catalogue sample ID with every photograph you send.
Use the reference and the sample photograph together
The ZJHOSE connector catalogue includes vehicle-group references and photographs without a printed OE number. An unnumbered sample uses a stable ID such as CONNECTOR-30-01. Quote that ID and send the photograph; a sample ID is not an OE number.
Capture the details that distinguish similar parts
- Photograph every end straight on, including the locking or retaining features.
- Measure end diameters and indicate which face or interface the dimension describes.
- Show the seal seat, clip arrangement and any branches or ports.
- Photograph the part from the side to show angles and orientation.
- Provide the vehicle, engine, original reference and installation location when available.
Similar external shapes can have different interfaces. Confirm the drawing or physical sample and the required material and sealing arrangement before a bulk order.
